Even though planet coaster is a slightly old game, maybe it could be released on the switch along side planet zoo and bring a boost of popularity as well as giving us the option to play the games portably. Nothing new has been added (at least nothing new in terms of content was announced).Īs a fan of the series, I’m uncertain if this edition of the game would make an impact on fans of the series who probably already own Planet Coaster, which is a new and improved spiritual successor to RollerCoaster Tycoon.īut this is the debut for the series on Nintendo Switch (which doesn’t have Planet Coaster), so there is an audience on a platform that hasn’t had a Frontier developed theme park management sim.įor the PC, I guess if RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 was your favourite in the series, and you just had to have it playable on a modern PC, you’ll be able to purchase it on Steam or Epic Games Store.
